Migraines Healed

In the 70s, driving my little Mazda through Booval, I stopped at a pedestrian crossing to let a youth wheel his push bike across the crossing. He had just cleared the front of my car when I was hit incredibly hard from behind. The seat pivot hinges snapped with the impact and I suffered whiplash injuries that developed years later into debilitating migraines and back pains from pinched nerves. These increased in severity and regularity until by 1991. When I first met my in-laws, I stayed in a darkened room at their house most of the weekend, feeling very ill.

I had seen healing miracles at one of the churches I had attended since 1985 but was sceptical of being pushed to fall backwards, seeing this as some sort of melodramatic stage show. When I had enough of my migraines and back pain, I became determined and would not be distracted from my purpose. I needed prayer. I was very surprised when I found myself flat out on the floor, the heavy presence of God’s Holy Spirit on me. I couldn't move for some time. I experienced warm, tingling sensations moving through my back and neck. I have never had a migraine since. That was over 30 years ago.
